Does anyone have a recommendation of a excellent book on public speaking?

public speaking
Pookie asked:

I want to read it so that it is a much better public speaker and be a better transmitter in everyday life. I remember hearing someone say that former President Bill Clinton was an excellent public speaker and was convincing, and so on. I wonder who took points to become that kind of speaker. I 'm the sure that took at least one course in public speaking, but I wondered what else he did. Anyone who has ideas? Thanks a lot!

    I’m sure there are some decent ones, but I’d suggest joining Toastmasters instead.

    You do get a couple manuals with projects that give you step-by-step goals, but obviously the main thing is the chance to practice and get feedback.

    Give it a try, I’m sure there’s one near you!
