start with like a sister or brother, or best friend.
then slowly add on more people.
watch how the people before you take there presentations and don’t make the same mistake they do.
    YOU”LL BE FINE! (:

If you believe in god, pray over your presentation. Take your time presenting your information. Think about as if you are going to present a million dollar presentation, and you have worked hard for it. Look above people’s heads. Speak with joy and command respect and attention, when you set up your project. Don’t rush yourself when speaking speak up a loud as you can, but calmly, and slowly. Check out this articles:

You will always have a case of nerves when speaking, even after years of doing it. The best way to face it is to do it as often as possible. Eventually, it will get to the point where its not that big a deal anymore.

I’m sort of like that, I don’t mind reading or speaking aloud in front of a class, but don’t love it right at the front of the actual classroom with everyone looking.

Try not thinking about it too much until you get in front of everyone and try and relax, if your reading read as slow as you need to and fake your confidence if you feel you have none. If it helps imagine everyone ***** if that doesn’t make you laugh out loud and stop your presentation to take the edge of the awkwardness (not to add it haha)

    good luck with your presentation!

    well, first BREATHE!
then think of somebody you admire, that would be so confident to do the public speaking and when you do the presentation tomorrow, imagine you are that person!
Then go and talk, pretending you are them!
Otherwise, I have heard that imagining everybody in the room is ***** can work too, but I wouldn’t bank on it!

most people have this fear. by doing more of it you will get better at it. there are courses and groups that will help you to be more comfortable speaking in a public forum. since you have a deadline to adhere to, try some easy to use techniques like taking a deep breath before and during your presentation – it really helps. talk slowly and pause occasionally. you will get better the more you do public speaking so keep doing it. remember this – years from now nobody will even remember the presentation, what was said, or who said it. you will be fine.

firstly, avoid caffeine, that will only get you more nervy. secondly, slow down…. you don’t have to rush. keep it simple. make sure you know what you are talking about, keep it simple. diagrams are good, they explain things and take up more time. remember, slow down, keep it simple, and it wont last forever, then you can stop speaking. well done, even before you start, well done. you are not competing, what you are sharing is unique, you have something of worth to give.

If you’ve tried everything else and still feel an unreasonable fear of public speaking, I recommend Hypnosis. Sometimes a persons fears have nothing to do with lack of confidence or preparation. Sometimes unreasonable fears are learned so early in our life that we don’t even remember when it started or has been reinforced by many events. I still have a problem with public speaking or speaking in the classroom, or chairing a meeting. My fear was unreasonable and extreme. Hypnosis has not cured my fear of “speaking” but it sure made a difference.

You will not find a cure by tomorrow but now is a good time to start overcoming it. In the interim, try a few “UTUBE” videos. There are many videos on the subject. If nothing else it may take away some of your anxiety.
