How do you relieve the jitters when public speaking?

Ami hear the tried and true meaning some anxiety when you consider you have to speak in public.

    Joining a Toastmasters Group might perhaps help. With more confidence and better presentation skills you will be more successful, relaxed and happy in the world.

    WELL, i am a debater, basically, the best way is to practice (in front of people)
    buut, when u’re there, then try wiggling your toes or smiling. Most people don’t smile when people go up to talk, so ignore that. Again, TRY imagining them in their underwear.
    Just remember, if you mess up, it’s fine, everyone in the audience is human and they’re not going to judge you (unless they’re judges! XD) so relax and be natural!
