How do you sugest fixing public speaking problems?

i personally have public speaking problems myself and the only thing that helps is to do more of it
im still always really nervous right before speaking

though this technically falls under many opportunities. Try building him up to a full classroom. i.e. Student and teacher in room; Student, Teacher and close friends of student; I had a bit of success doing this with a student who clammed up every time . Though it takes a lot of time.
